Hi! I really need everyone to work together to make this club sucessful. First of all it really saddens me that some members are really dissapointed. It hurts my heart and I want everyone to be happy. I am very sad and frusterated with this I really want this to work out and be fun for all. I hope you all really believe this.

Admid and I are trying to make some organization. She is a very brilliant club leader and I trust her! However I want people to act out their favorite characters.

I am the official "other mother" since I created this club and is the official "Coraline".
All fans can still be filed under their favorite character but you can only be filed under their if you submit art. You can send us art sumbissions under which character you like

For example you would send it in like this:
The title would be "Art Submission"
You copy the link of your art send it in and tell us which character you are, and state "points for Coraline"... or w/e character you are.

Understand?
This way you can still be what character you want through art submissions.

I am still discussing things with our next journal will be official on what exactly what is going on. Please bear with us. and we appoligize for making anyone upset with the new rules. Give us some time and we will get everyone's personal issue delt with...


These following rules are still in discussion........


1. All members must be participant in the club. That means we want each of you guys to submit at least 1 Coraline-related fan art every 6 months. More than 1 is always good, but less will get you removed from the member list.
We also would like you to at lease try and enter in all the contests that you can.

2. To join, send the club a note titled "join" and watch the club. Put the club's icon in your journal, ID, or signature.

3. To submit artwork, send the club a note titled "art submission". If you would like to submit a fan fiction, then title the note "Fanfic submission".

4. All members who join will be allowed to create their own Coraline Club ghost child character.

5. If you have any questions for the club, send a note titled "Question".

6. All club related issues, questions, or discussions must remain in the club. Please do not go to the staff's pages and bring up issues or questions.

7. If another member of the club is harrassing you are arguing with you about something club related(like the design of your ghost child character), then please send a note to the club titled "Member issues". The staff will deal with it from there.

8. If you see a member who is not fallowing the club rules properly, leave them alone and just note the club. The note should be titled "Member rules". The staff will deal with it from there.



Staff

"The Other Mother" is in charge of the entire club-

"Coraline" is officer in first command, who is in charge of updates and taking care of members-

"Wybie" is officer in second command, who is in charge of keeping order throughout the club- no admin assigned yet

"The Cat" is in charge of all art submissions- no admin assigned yet

"The Ghost Children" are all the remaining members:





We are in need or 2 admins, so if you are interested, please send the club a note titled "Apply as admin". In your note, simply say "I would like to apply for admin". I will reply back with a description of the two admin positions(Wybie and Cat). Then, you can choose which of the two sound best for you and reply to us telling us why you would be best for the job. Of course more than one person will apply, so The Other Mother and I will choose who looks to be most active and will keep to their duties without slacking off. We want to run an efficient club, so be prepared to work however hard you can if you apply.

In Order to apply as an admin:

-You must be a member of this Coraline club

-You must be active most of the time of the week

-You must be prepared for any work thrown at you

-You must send the club a note title "Apply as admin"

I will be discussing a few extra ideas I had with The Other Mother. I think these ideas may help to make the club a little more fun and interesting for members

EDIT: There has been a few questions about some of the new updates, so instead of answering each of you directly, I will just answer you here so that other members with similar concerns can read it

For the staff names, they are just titles. We are not actually those characters. It's just to give you an understanding of the authority level. For example, The Other Mother is in charge of all the button-eyed "others" of her world, so that is why the creator/owner of the club will be titled "The Other Mother".

As for Coraline, she is the main character and second important, so that is why the 1st officer in charge is titled "Coraline".

And for your fan characters, they don't have to be ghost children if you don't want them to be. They can be regular kids, too

You guys can still be titled as "Coraline Fans". I am trying to figure out a system with the owner to make he club more fun for you guys, and with that, you guys can form groups and earn points. My idea was that you can earn points for your group by participating and things like that. At the end of each month, the group that has the most points gets a special news feature with your Coraline fan art. I think I will make it so you can make up your own groups and name them whatever you'd like(for example, you can make a group named "Blue team" or "Diamond eyes" if you'd like) Some auto-groups will be "Coraline fans", "Wybie fans", "The Other Mother fans", and "The Cat fans". I'm not sure about this, though. I am waiting for a reply from the owner.
